I really wanted to be in the field of media but it seems that fate (or something else) tells me that I will not be in the position that I want for now.  The BPO business is a sunshine spot here in the Philippines.  Some people still belittle it despite of what it has already contributed to the country. And TeleTech Bacoor is a very young site, with it just starting last year, and I think if I want success I should focus on the big picture that this position gives me.  With the Bacoor site still very young, what does it tell me?  Well actually, this was an insight from our trainer, Sir Ed Crisostomo.
